Booking Policy- PLEASE READ
Please note :
- All bookings require a deposit or full prepayment at time of booking
- Refunds for cancellation are only rendered with 48hrs notice of cancellation prior to appointment
- A consent /intake form will need filling out ,signing and submitting prior to consultation
- This is a private service , no bulk billing at present but hopefully naturopathy will be reinstated to private health cover by the end of 2025
- Online consults will require customer to adequately operate Zoom
- Appointment cost does not include prescriptions or pathology testing
- Bookings in clinic are not currently available after 5pm please choose from mobile or online consulting options or make call to make to arrange

Please note the location must be private enough for your health concerns to be discussed privately once booked you will be contacted
